Try Napattiga as directed for up to 30 nights. If you feel it did not make a meaningful difference to your comfort, confidence, or sense of control, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

- You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- You provide your order number and the email address used at checkout
- The product was used according to the directions
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Your package was confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
Because individual experiences may vary, we may ask for a short explanation of your experience when reviewing a 30-night guarantee request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Orders delivered more than 30 days ago
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages refused by the customer
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees
- Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or local carriers

- Multiple refund requests from the same customer

Hygiene Notice
Napattiga is an intimate care product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used products.
However, eligible refund requests may still be reviewed under our 30-night guarantee without requiring the return of an opened product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
