We offer a 30-night guarantee on Napattiga products.

Try Napattiga for up to 30 nights. If you feel it did not make a meaningful difference for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and our support team will review your refund request.

Because results can vary from person to person, we ask that you include your order number and a short explanation of your experience when contacting us.

Returns and Hygiene Policy

Napattiga is an intimate care product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

However, you may still be eligible for a refund or replacement in certain situations, including:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost in transit
  • Your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

If your request is related to the 30-night guarantee, our support team may review your case without requiring the return of an opened product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Orders returned without contacting us first

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Fees

Napattiga is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
